Functionality

With a growing demand for in-floor heating, and many happy customers, Michaud Co. needed a web presence to increase their visibility. A simple site would be enough to get their name into search results and give potential customers information about their services and their contact information.

Solution

I built the site in raw code, since frequent updates were not a concern. Its content is concise but encompasses Michaud Co.'s products, suppliers and services, as well as customer testimonials and a photo gallery of previous installations.

Design

Michaud Co. had a company logo they wanted to include in the site, and requested forest green as a main colour. Other than that, I was given free reign in terms of layout.

Solution

I based the site's colour scheme on the logo, and kept the design simple, as the information on the site should be the user's primary focus. The menu encircles the large logo, making it the main focus of the layout.
